Rennie Curran is a Georgia football legend and former professional athlete who has successfully transitioned into a career as an author, keynote speaker, leadership coach and philanthropist. Given his background as the son of Liberian immigrants and the “undersized” moniker he was often labeled with, Rennie categorizes himself as an outlier. He gives credit for the realization of his dreams to his faith and the people who have poured into him—his family, coaches, and mentors. Therefore, he feels a sense of obligation to “leverage [his] past lessons to help [others] achieve success”. In this episode, Rennie describes his passion for helping people reach their full potential, explains his approach to relationship building, and acknowledges the value of authenticity. He also details the challenges he has faced throughout his journey and shares the perspective he has gained in the process.
